A new and exciting opportunity has become available to join the Willetton Basketball staff team with the newly created Functions and Events Manager.
Based at Willetton Stadium, this role will be 30+ hours per week, including days and some event nights.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing the business in, and management of, Willetton Stadium’s function and meeting room/s, driving business growth, while building the club brand and exceeding the expectations of our customers.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organised, and motivated to oversee every aspect of community and commercial events, ensuring they are delivered effectively, on time, and on budget.
You will manage event staffing, room activation, food and beverage coordination, assistance with requests and bookings, as well as a hand in Willetton Tigers NBL1 game nights.
