We have an exciting opportunity for someone who loves events, activations, and basketball to gain valuable industry experience as the Chair of the Events and Volunteers Working Group.
Put your skills to good use by collaborating with a group of likeminded people to plan and execute a calendar of events including NBL1 game night activations, WABL and NBL1 awards functions, and an annual event celebrating our volunteers.
Be a part of one of the biggest and most dynamic basketball associations, where you can build a set of transferable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You will work alongside passionate volunteers who form the Events & Volunteers Working Group, and you will be supported by the operations, communications, and executive staff who will assist in bringing your ideas to life.
This role does not require any previous experience, but would instead be suited to someone with a keen interest in the industry, who would like to be a part of the organisation and in turn have a positive impact in their community.
