Seasons run through winter and summer, with nominations for the coming seasons opening in February and August each year.
Our seniors’ competitions are played from Monday nights through until Thursday nights each week. If you’re looking for new players, looking for a fill-in or are wanting to join a team, join our seniors Facebook group! We do our best to give everyone access to finding players and joining teams.

Nomination and Registration
Our Summer 2024/25 season will begin on 23rd September.
There are some things to consider when you are thinking about nominating and registering a team, including:
The invoice for registration/nomination fee will be sent to you through Teampay. This must be paid within 48 hours of receiving to secure your place in the competition.
Nomination fees are non-refundable.
Full amount will be refunded if your team cannot be placed.
Registration fee will be refunded if you pull out before the fixtures are drawn.
There will be no refund if you pull out after the season has started.
Nomination and registration fee is $300 for a two-term season (approximately 20 rounds, the fee is not calculated to a set amount of rounds) when you nominate your team.
All players are required to pay the BWA affiliation fee when registering at any BWA-affiliated club. This fee is valid for 12 months and paid only once during that time and covers all other BWA-affiliated venues. This fee is paid directly to BWA on your registration form.
Competition management reserves the right to change a team’s name should it be deemed inappropriate, or if another team has the same name.

Things come up and teams can chop-and-change throughout the course of the season. So, we’ve made it as easy as possible for you to add new players to your team mid-season. There are a few things to remember:
If your team contact has the email registration form and registration link, please contact them directly when adding a new player to your team.
If they don’t have the link, don’t worry! We have created QR Codes for every team. Simply ask at reception to scan your team QR Code. Scan this with your phone camera and it will take you directly to your registration form. Please come early to do this!
All players must be registered to a team to have games count towards finals eligibility. FILL INS added via the tablet will not have games counted towards finals.
Make sure new players are registered at least 20 minutes before the start of a game in order to avoid any issues. This is your responsibility to ensure any new players are registered on time. The system may need to be reset for new players to show up. Do not get annoyed at staff if you are unorganised.
Any players found to be playing under another name risk having a forfeit fine charged to the team they play for.
Teampay
Willetton Basketball will take registration/nomination fee and game fee payments through the Teampay app. Teampay is safe and secure – making your game fee payments easy. You won’t have to worry about gathering loose change, getting cash-out or covering a teammate’s payment if they forget to bring their share when you pay through Teampay.
Game fees are $75 via Teampay. If you prefer to pay with EFTPOS through reception at Willetton Stadium, game fees are $84.
