Our Domestic Basketball Academy runs throughout the year for boys and girls between 9 and 14 years of age.
Our Domestic Basketball Academy runs during school terms right throughout the year, with a program that is designed for children who are currently playing, or waiting to play domestic basketball. The academy gives participants the opportunity to spend some time with strong coaches while working on specific skills.
Please note, our Domestic Academy only runs during school term. There will be no sessions during school holidays.

Tuesday Academy (1.5 hour sessions)
9 week term from 11 February to 8 April 2025.
Sessions run from 3:45-5:15pm.
Cost for the term is $273 for new participants (this includes the Academy training top) and $243 for returning participants who already have the training top.

Thursday Academy (1.5 hour sessions)
10 week term from 6 February to 10 April 2025.
Sessions run from 3:45-5:15pm.
Cost for the term is $300 for new participants (this includes the Academy training top) and $270 for returning participants who already have the training top.

Sunday Academy (2 hours sessions)
6 week term from 9 February to 6 April 2025.
Choice of either 8:30am – 10:30am session, or 11:00am – 01:00pm session.
Cost for the term is $246 for new participants (this includes the Academy training top) and $216 for returning participants who already have the training top.

Additional Information on the Domestic Basketball Academy
The focus throughout the program is on the fundamentals of basketball, including player shooting and dribbling technique. Repetition drilling is utilised to achieve the desired results, ensuring that participants can develop good technique that will benefit their game in the long term.
We strive to make these sessions as fun and enjoyable as possible in order to help create a positive learning atmosphere for all the participants. Throughout the sessions, children will be given constant and valuable feedback from coaches on the development of their skills and overall performance.
Class enrolments will close for each session as soon as maximum numbers are reached, as numbers are limited to ensure participants receive meaningful time with specialist coaches throughout the sessions.
