The Community Canning Vale Willetton Tigers are thrilled to announce the signing of Mikayla Pirini for the NBL1 West season 2025.
After averaging 10.55 points, 4.8 assists, and 3.3 rebounds last season, Mikayla was named the 2024 Sixth Player of the Year in the NBL1 West.
Mikayla has continued her incredible form in the off-season. In recent Hoops Fest event in Perth, Mikayla played for the Townsville Fire where she was named player of the game in one of her appearances, having 18 points and 6 rebounds.
Mikayla has continually proved herself to be a poised point guard, who is also a threat from the 3 point line.
Having played over 150 games in the SBL/NBL1 West, Mikayla brings experience and leadership to the Tigers squad, and will be an integral piece to the Tigers back court.
Having played her junior basketball with the Willetton Tigers, Coach Parker and the Willetton Basketball Association are excited to have Mikayla back around the club as a fantastic role model for our Tigers juniors.
