Willetton Basketball are proud to be promoting a positive game day environment with our Behaviour Management Framework.
After a successful trial of the Behaviour Management Framework (BMF) in 2023, Willetton Basketball Association have now implemented the BMF across our junior domestic competitions.
The combination of the E Points and the Card System aim to promote and maintain a positive environment in our competitions, as well as upholding high standards in both quality and fairness.
The framework aims to reward good sportsmanship and highlight the importance of a positive game day experience for players, coaches, spectators, and officials. Conversely, the system acts as a deterrent for detrimental behaviour that affects the game day environment such as abuse, intimidation, and breaches of our Code of Conduct.
