- Your coaching experience
- Your level of coaching accreditation along with verification of this (eg. Community Coach, Club Coach, Association Coach)
- Your Working with Children card details, and a copy of the current card
- Your preferred age group, and whether you preference is in a girls/women’s team or boys/men’s team.
